Vitamin D3 participates in the metabolism of calcium, increases its absorption and, accordingly, its level in the blood, while vitamin K2 (MK-7) coordinates distribution of calcium in the body. It activates the synthesis of factors that direct calcium to bones and teeth. Thanks to such cooperation, calcium is transferred to where it’s currently needed.
Combination of vitamins D3+K2 is especially important and useful in the complex treatment of osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis. Vitamin D3 also affects proper functioning of the immune system.

Recommended dosage: Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. The dose can be increased based on the doctor’s recommendation. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential for good health. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
