Omesam® D3 1000 contains high-quality concentrated cold-water marine fish oil.

The results of numerous clinical studies have shown that the administration of Omega-3 acids has a beneficial effect on maintaining the proper functioning of the body. Vitamin D3 is an indispensable part of human nutrition and provides absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body. Many clinical studies proved vitamin D3 to be involved in regulation of cell proliferation, metabolic processes and the stimulation of various hormones. Vitamin D3 can modulate the innate and adaptive immune responses.

• HEART – Omega-3 fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. EPA together with DHA control the level of triglycerides in the blood.

• NERVOUS SYSTEM – Omega-3 fatty acids are important components of highly active tissue of the brain and the nervous system. DHA is very important for the development of the brain, especially of fetuses and infants.

• EYES – DHA is the major lipid component of the eye’s retina. It plays an important role in the development and functioning of children’s eyes.

• IMMUNE SYSTEM – Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin D3 support the natural immunity by enhancing the function of immune cells. The anti-inflammatory properties of Omega-3 contribute to normal immune function in adults.
