Hydro Balance effervescent electrolytes is a dietary supplement containing Sodium, Potassium, Dextrose (glucose) and Vitamin C.
The electrolytes are in form of effervescent tablets in natural orange flavor. Electrolytes are essential minerals, which balance the amount of water in your body, its acidity and PH level. Electrolytes support performance of the brain and muscles. It is crucial to fill up electrolyte deficiencies, which can occur due to dehydration.

Preparation: Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml (1 cup) of cold water. Drink immediately after preparation.
