Zinc is involved in the process of cell division, helps in the proper functioning of the immune system and in the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Zinc participates also in maintaining: healthy bones, hair, skin, nails, proper vision, blood, testosterone levels and protein synthesis.

Dosage: 1 tablet a day.
